About me

Most people come to me because they’re ready to feel better - to have more clarity, more energy, and a more confident understanding of what their body needs. My approach is grounded in root-cause thinking, whole-person care, and practical strategies that feel achievable not overwhelming.

Today, I work with people who want clarity, compassion and a structured, evidence-based plan.

My approach is grounded in root-cause thinking, whole-person care, and practical strategies that feel achievable not overwhelming. My experience as a mother, daughter, coach and therapist deeply informs how I support clients through all stages of life.

My interest in health began early, well before I started my journey to qualifying as a nutritionist. I’ve spent more than two decades exploring what truly supports wellbeing, reading widely, studying evolving nutritional science, and testing different approaches on myself.

Over the years I’ve tried everything from veganism, marathons and CrossFit to Pilates, juice and water fasting, riding professionally, and raising two sporty children, all of which have shaped my appreciation for resilience, performance, and balance.

As friends and family increasingly turned to me for help with their health challenges, I realised it was time to formalise what I loved. I trained for three years with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), combining rigorous scientific study with clinical practice in Bristol, and qualified as a Naturopathic Nutritionist.
