About Me

…and My Approach

Most people come to me because they’re ready to feel better — to have more clarity, more energy, and a more confident understanding of what their body needs. They’re tired of piecing together conflicting advice and want a grounded, personalised approach that actually fits their life.

My interest in health began early, well before I started my journey to qualifying as a nutritionist. I’ve spent more than two decades exploring what truly supports wellbeing, reading widely, studying evolving nutritional science, and testing different approaches on myself. Over the years I’ve tried everything from veganism, marathons and CrossFit to Pilates, juice and water fasting, riding professionally, and raising two sporty children, all of which have shaped my appreciation for resilience, performance, and balance.

As friends and family increasingly turned to me for help with their health challenges, I realised it was time to formalise what I loved. I trained for three years with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), combining rigorous scientific study with clinical practice in Bristol, and qualified as a Naturopathic Nutritionist.

Today, I work with people who want clarity, compassion and a structured, evidence-based plan. My approach is grounded in root-cause thinking, whole-person care, and practical strategies that feel achievable not overwhelming. My experience as a mother, daughter, coach and therapist deeply informs how I support clients through all stages of life.

I work with a broad range of health concerns and client goals, including:

Hormones

  • Perimenopause and menopause

  • Hormonal shifts affecting energy, weight, skin or mood

Cardiometabolic Health

  • High blood pressure

  • Raised cholesterol

  • Blood sugar imbalance

Gut & Digestion

  • IBS, IBD, bloating and digestive discomfort

Brain & Ageing Well

  • Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s

  • Healthy ageing, especially for clients 70+

Weight & Metabolic Support

  • Sustainable weight loss

  • Integrating nutrition alongside GLP-1 medications

Athletic Performance & Active Lifestyles

I believe lasting change happens when compassion, science and clarity meet. Every client brings a unique story, and my role is to listen carefully, uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface, and design a plan that feels structured, supportive and sustainable.
